By D. J. DeLuca I paid $11 to have these $19.99 sticks shipped to me. It took 12 days to receive. They were rec'd damaged. I contacted BRANDS ON SALE who told me that I could put a claim in with the shipper regarding the fact that they were damaged, although I have no doubt that it was not the fault of the shipper. To return these, I have to pay to ship the return AND they will charge me a 20% restocking fee. Not sure how they will restock damaged merchandise, but I will be sure to never purchase anything from this BRANDS ON SALE again and will spread the word. It's a shame, because Amazon is such a great place to shop. Unfortunately, there's always one rotten egg in the bunch, and BRANDS ON SALE is that rotten egg.

They do the job for a cheap price. Aug 03, 2008
By D. Cannon I had checked the prices for walking sticks in the past and most were more expensive than I liked. These do the job very well. It would have been nice to have a sheet saying how to extend them and lock them in place, however. The instructions on the poles themselves leave a lot to the imagination. I finally worked out that problem and have enjoyed using them. Acceptable quality without a big price.
