2not for my feet  Apr 25, 2009 By h-bomb
I read quite a few positive reviews about this shoe and spoke to a knowledgeable person at a reputable athletic shoe store (that catered to runners) before purchasing the Cascadias. When I tried them on at the store, they felt very comfortable, cushiony, supportive and lighweight. Unfortunately, after one run and one cardio kickboxing workout, my feet were very unhappy. I have pretty average feet (B width). I run once in a while on various terrain. I knew I'd be using them at the gym more often than on the trails. The shoe salesperson recommended this shoe for my activities and because my feet tend to supinate. They irritated the front of my ankles (where the tongue lays) and my feet slid around a bit. The width didn't feel like a true B and it felt like one of my feet stretched over the footbed. If it weren't for these two things, this shoe would be perfect. Back to my Adidas...

5Fantastic Shoes!  Jul 22, 2008 By R. G. Rubin
These are my favorite athletic shoes of all time! They fit true to size, are really comfy and cozy. I can walk in them for hours. I have three pairs just in case they ever discontinue them!
