5Cross Crunch Rocks Your Abs!!  Oct 25, 2007 By Anthony Newton
I've been working out and training others for over 25 years. This product really works!! Don't listen to negative reviews. The product is inexpensive, well constructed, and durable. It is perfect for people with low back issues because your back is taken out of the equation during the exercise. Just concentrate on crunching and flexing your abs at the bottom of each repetition making sure to eliminate any involvement of your arms in the motion. Keep your arms stationary and curl your trunk slightly forward and down. YOU WILL GET RESULTS.
The manufacturer tells you to only do the cross twisting crunches-you can also simply put the product between your legs and do conventional crunches or work the obliques with it between your legs by putting it closer to the inside of one of your legs and crunching to the right side for a set-then put it close to the other inside of your crotch(funny word) to concentrate on the left obliques. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.

3cross crunch  May 31, 2007 By Amy Tam
the cross crunch is easy to use and assemble, workout is not too intense, would not recommend for those looking for a real good aching work out.

1Did Nothing....  Nov 12, 2010 By hennore
I had this a couple of years back and used it daily. It seemed like it was doing a good job, but it was me being in denial. I ended up giving it away to someone that thought it would work, but suffered the same fate. DO NOT GET THIS!!!!

1Piece of junk.  Jan 13, 2011 By Alex Ellis
Worthless piece of junk. Really. I tried it but saw no redeeming qualities. really awkward to use. Not a good product.
