Great value May 17, 2010 I have been using Myoplex shakes for years now. This is a far better deal than GNC even with their value card. For those who complain about taste, it's really better to add some ingredients to make them more palatable. I like to add a banana, peanut butter, frozen fruit, juices or even mix two packets together. There are tons of recipes for the shakes online at EAS or other places. Great for those who workout or want to drop some weight and still eat healthy and stay off the fad diets.

Not What I Hoped For Apr 01, 2010 I bought these when I started Body for Life. Unfortunately I made a mistake and didn't buy a smaller pack to try out first. I don't like the shakes, they are chalky and don't taste very good. I am afraid to mix them with other things because they are supposed to be the perfect "meal" for my program and adding other elements changes the content (obviously). I also didn't like the ready packaged verison that I bought at Walgreens last weekend. Not worth it, not filling, not good tasting. Buy the Myoplex lite bars instead, they are MUCH better and much more delicious!
Great price! Mar 25, 2010 This is a great price for these shakes! I love the myoplex lite shakes...they do not taste chalky and are only 180 calories. And there are tons of recipes on-line for all 3 flavors. I love to add a bit of SF Chai to the vanilla...makes a cool summer drink!

Good if you are not a "sensitive" drinker Oct 07, 2009 I usually buy the ready-to-drink Myoplex. They are great for people like me who can't stand the taste of protein shakes. I decided to try the powder because I had a great experience with the ready-to-drink mix. However, I found the shake to be very thick and a bit too sweet. I couldn't get it down. I gave it to my husband.
