Surprisingly Awesome May 07, 2006
By Lily I didnt expect much improvement- I've tried a lot of things to lose weight, and pills like this generally dont have any effect on me unless I go on a strict diet and workout, but its the diet and working out that made any changes. With this stuff, I could feel a real improvement in my workouts, I feel a real curve in my appetite and more energy throughout the entire day, and I've been using this for only 2 weeks! I really recommend that you eat -something-, preferably an actual meal, after taking the pills or you will feel a twinge in your stomach (not an actual sickness though). I feel completely revitalized by this stuff, and am excited about the improvements I've made, and expect to see even more. :)

By Amy Doll I eat spicy food all of the time, but these pills killed me! I NEVER throw up, but I had to pull over on my way to work to hurl they made me so sick! I haven't taken them since.

I have been taking this product for the past 2 months. It has helped me on my way to losing weight. I do exercise 5 days a week and have modified my diet to a healthier diet. So it is not alone the pills. I eat spicy meals 3 times a day, everyday of the week and the pills have never made me sick. I take them twice a day for 5 days as directed on the bottle. I have never used a better product!

i have been only taken this pill for two days now and it really helps me when i am working out, i only started on one pill twice a day. so far so good. the only thing that i have found is it gave me a bit of a headach, but other wise good so far. can any one tell me where i can find more reviews on this pill. .....
