I ordered a pair of these ski walking poles as a way to try to increase my exercise effort (I have MS). I just happened on these poles while searching Amazon. THESE POLES ARE WONDERFUL! Mar 27, 2011
By rebecca friday I originally bought these poles because someone told me that they worked upper body muscle groups that plain walking doesn't use, and I have not been disappointed. I don't like walking without them because of the 4 wheel drive effect and I highly recommend them with the only reservation that you get weird looks and comments about the lack of snow, etc. I have great biceps after using them for about a year, five days a week. They are wonderful!
