Great Shoe, runs small and hard to fit Sep 18, 2008
By Lov2Snorkel I like Hi Tec hiking shoes for women and have several different styles and I thought I would take a risk to order on line vs. buying in a store. I liked the low cost, the appearance and color of the Montana low hiking shoe. However, the women's 7.5 ran small even with thin socks and now the size 8 women's is just about a half size too big - even with thick socks. I will double up on socks because Amazon charges to send shoes back. Steer clear of these shoes unless you want to go thru several return mailing fees to try and find the right size.
