Ignite 821 elliptical Sep 28, 2007
By H. Nguyen I received this elliptical in early September. However, when I tried to put it together, there were no screws. I called the number that was listed in the manual and was unable to get a hold of anyone. (By the way, to the reviewer who didn't see the manual, check the outside of the box because my manual was in a taped pocket on the outside.) After calling for three days, I contacted Amazon, and they sent me another one. When the new box came in, I opened the box to get the screws (which are taped and organized on three cardbox pages), and sent the new box back. The Ignite 821 was pretty easy to put together. My husband had it up and running in two hours. My husband and I have been using it for a few days now, and so far it's running fine. The two things I don't like are the squeaking noise which my husband thinks is normal and the fact that you can't get a hold of the manufacturer if something should happen to the elliptical. I would rate Amazon customer service 5 stars, 4 stars for the elliptical, but 0 for the warranty service from the manufacturer, Lamar.

Elliptical Trainer Sep 25, 2007
By Mrs. Carol K. Bassist
"RedRider"
I received my Elliptical Trainer 24 Sept 2007. The box was not damaged in any way at all. When I opened the box I found there were NO INSTRUCTIONS NOR WARRENTY FOR THE ITEM. Also when trying to remove the base from the bottom of the box I found that the round section was misaligned. Considering we paid mega $$$ for this item, there should be instructions and a warrenty encluded.
