5A godsend.  Jun 01, 2010
Miraculous is right! Make sure they're the right thing for you though (i.e., see a foot doctor first).

5great product  May 30, 2010
these metatarsal pads work great for running. I've tried others, but these really feel the best. highly recommend.

5Get measured.  May 24, 2010
I bought these in a shoe store. They had multiple different models from Aetrex. I was going to try several on to see which one worked best for me, but the salesman had me step on a machine that mapped out the weight-bearing surfaces of the soles. Based on that, he was able to give me the right insole for my feet. They work great, better than the custom-molded inserts that my podiatrist made for me at $150+. I'm getting a second pair now for convenience, so I don't have to keep moving the one pair I have from shoes to shoes.

I think that getting the right insole model for your foot shape is key.

5Love these inserts!!  May 02, 2010
It may sound a little weird, but I'm in love with these inserts! They have really helped me gain back mobility without pain. I had an extreme case of plantar fasciitis that really impacted my ability to walk, jog, and basically enjoy life. I started a daily stretching routine (feet, ankles, calves, hamstrings), increased my yoga and was fitted for these inserts - what a difference! At first these inserts feel a little strange because of the metatarsal pad, but once you get used to that, the feel so good. I strongly recommend that you be fitted for these inserts rather than just deciding that they are right for you. There are so many inserts on the market - find the one that works for you. Go to a reputable shoe store (not a discount store!) that has the ability to computer analyze the distribution pattern of your weight on your feet. The salesperson will review the analysis and let you know which inserts are right for your individual situation. I bought my first pair in the store and subsequent pairs through Amazon.

5Great Inserts!  Feb 25, 2010
These inserts provided instant relief from the tingling sensation my husband suffers due to diabetic neuropathy. The inserts seem to help redistibute the pressure that affects those nerves. Not a cure, but definitely provide some relief.
