Excellent if you are 4'9" and 105lbs Mar 27, 2008
By Chris Watson One sits fits all? Maybe if by all you mean children. Does it technically go over my shoulders? Sure.
When worn the back barely reaches my lower back and the front... looks like a bra on me. Not very becoming for a guy. It is much narrower than the picture shows. Two stars because it is yellow as advertised and has some reflectivity. Otherwise not the greatest vest out there by any means. Save the thirteen bucks and buy a better fitting vest. Maybe a road construction vest. Which is what I plan to do after this mistake.

One size fits all (all five year girls maybe) Jul 18, 2009

This thing is ridiculous. It fits over all heads maybe but it is tiny! I gave it to a friend who is 5 foot nothing and a marathon runner, worked for her. So if you are in that size range this is for you. Adult males-forget it.

Perfect vest for shorty Apr 30, 2009
By Suruga I decided to purchase this because other reviewer commented that this vest was like a "bib" to them. I am just 5 feet and this vest was perfect size for me. It looks good with skinny lady or short person whose height is around 5'3". Don't recommend to big boys. Or I suggest you to see actual vest before you buy online.
Very nice design. Since I commute by bike, I wear every day.

Not very bright, very small Sep 17, 2010
By Ian B. Cooper There are two big problems with this vest:
1. The vest is extremely small. I read the reviews and knew it was going to be small, so I bought it for my 7 year-old daughter. It's just big enough for her, but the velcro straps are too big for her. I can re-sew them, so I guess that's okay. Either way, this is a kid's size. I doubt it would fit any but the very smallest adults.
2. The vest is mesh - not the thick mesh that the photo seems to suggest. This is very thin mesh. Also, the reflective tapes don't reflect light very well at all. Basically, the only way it's going to be all that visible is if it's worn over something white.
This vest's only saving grace is that it's about the only high-visibility yellow vest available on Amazon.com that fits a kid.

Too small too expensive Mar 15, 2009

One size fits all if you are a small child. The vest just barely covers my chest and only covers half my back and the back is where I want it the most. For the price I expected it to cover my whole torso. The best thing I like about it is that is can fit in a small pouch to take along with you if you don't want to wear it at that moment.
