No cycling chamois Jan 11, 2011
By Vozzie These tights looked quite warm; however, they lack a cycling chamois despite the description indicating they have one. If you need warm tights, then these are great; however, if you need the chamois, then buyer beware!

Awesome Oct 20, 2011
By Alexa I love these pants! They are perfect for fall days when it's a little wet outside and chilly in the mornings (I use them in 45-55 degree weather). I am 5.9" tall, 140 lbs and bought a size large. They are a little big on top (not too bad) and the leg length is perfect.

Great for biking in cold, wet weather! Oct 13, 2011
By Teena I have two pairs of these - one pair has been going strong for nearly 10 years of biking in Oregon winters, the other pair is fairly new, but still awesome. The description of the item says the tights have a drawcord, but the new style just has an elastic waistband. Other than that it is pretty accurate - the tights don't have a chamois, but I think that has been removed from the description. The older pair is great for running in wet weather or snow, but the grain of the fabric on the new pair goes vertically and the noise from the pant legs rubbing together is really loud! The old style had the grain running horizontally, so not noisy at all. This isn't really an issue when I'm biking, but if anyone is thinking of these for running, it's an FYI.
I bought a size Large to be able to wear over thermal leggings in winter. I usually wear a size 10 or 12 pants and the Large is a little big unless I have thermals on underneath. I have longer legs and the leg length is a little long, but better too long than too short.
I find these are WAY too warm if the temperature is much above 50F - which is a problem in Oregon's spring and autumn when it can be pouring rain, but 55-60F. They definitely keep me dry from rain at warmer temps, but are pretty much a little sauna, so I get wet from sweating, not from rain!

By Ack44 Great tights! I wear them running in the winter or over bike shorts if I'm riding on a cold morning.
