Good for a Monohydrate Jul 24, 2007 From what I've read and heard from talking to different people in and out of the gym, there's really no difference in the supplements you take (as far as brand names go). Personally, I've switched from a monohydrate creatine to an ethyl ester, just because it's easier to take and adds less water weight, but I've taken this product before for about 4-5 months and was happy with the results. Had very little taste, if any, and dissolved pretty quickly in whatever liquid I was using (usually water or Gatoraid, but sometimes OJ). Why pay more for something like Cell-Tech, when this stuff will give you the same results.
