These are awesome sticks. They have great interchangeable tips for pavement or inside or offroad. They came very quickly from the company. be sure and include your height when you order because they send the proper size based on your height. I love these. They cannot fall apart like the telescoping ones. makes my excersise fun!

I decided to give the ski walking poles a try because I've been taking the same walk for almost 20 years and I didn't even break into a sweat after 2 miles. What a difference the poles make! Different muscles, more effort, lots of sweat. Great exercise and calorie burner.

Nordic walking was recommended by another website as an addition to a walking program [...] that I follow. What a great addition. I walk about 45 mins to 60 mins per day, and these sticks have really increased the cardio workout. They take about 30 mins to learn how to use them and then you are off. The Swix VIP Nordic poles are a one piece unit so I do not have to worry about them collapsing on me. The handles are marked left and right for people like me who find it hard to figure that out. They are a very high quality product. The vendor is great, I got an email within 24 hrs asking for my height so that they could ship the correct poles. Very impressed with vendor and product.
I strongly recommend this product. Enjoy it in great health!

By K. Riley I purchased these poles for my 75 year old mother. She was able to use them right away without having to follow any difficult instructions. Her 70ish walking partner saw them and had to have a pair, as well. My mom absolutely loves them. She says they help her stand taller and she really feels that she is exerting more energy when she is walking. I would recommend these poles to anyone.
