These are by far the best sneakers I have worked out in. They provide great support. I am not a runner but I find myself being able to run longer on the treadmill due to the shock absorbing factor. I may even find myself trying to run a mile one day. Overall the comfort level is a ten plus!

By jenn What can I say? I'm an avid runner & cross trainer and for years, I swore by NB's. It was a personal trainer friend, who, after I complained of going through NB's quicker than I thought I should, who suggested I try Saucony's. I will never look back. I have ZERO joint pain after my endurance training; ZERO foot pain; and with it's unique shock absorption composition, I feel extra bouncy in my strides and like I can go on forever. Highly Highly recommend. These shoes ROCK!!

By Jennifer Love these shoes! I'm no marathon runner, but I do put in 3 miles a day walking/running. These are so comfortable and the cusion is awesome! They run at least a half-size small so order up.
