Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product. It holds bikes safely and securely. A couple of minor drawbacks: the rack sticks out quite a bit from the receiver, and it takes a while to unscrew the top plate which holds the bikes on the rack--there are three handles which have to be unscrewed about 2", unlike some others where each cradle has its own fastener. I would definitely buy this product again, though.

By Leonard J. Carlson This is a very sturdy bike rack that fit well onto the hitch of our minivan. The only problem is that the rack would not accommodate my daughter's bike, which has the oversized bars found on so many children's bicycles. We had to borrow another bicycle for her that would fit onto the rack.
